I recently purchased a new vehicle that arrived with a rock chip in the windshield. Carl Black GMC used this company to install the new windshield. The installer chipped the paint around the windshield, put several cuts in the dashboard, got adhesive all over the driver side a-pillar, and didn’t even set the glass properly. Now my brand new truck has to have the windshield replaced again, dash and a-pillar trim replaced along with the entire passenger side of the cab repainted which will of course severely depreciate the value of my truck. I cannot believe a company would have anyone like the person who did this horrible damage to a brand new vehicle working for them. I recently needed to have my front windshield replaced. The office staff was super friendly and got me scheduled in no time. Doug is my hero, he was able to meet me at a local shop where he did the replacement and recalibation in no time.
